Taunton Youth Soccer Training Models
Here's a number of references that will help with following our methodology for a more effective and consistent training session.
Training sessions should follow a progressive format that builds upon itself through the day. It will include the following:
- Warm-up for approximately 10-12 minutes
- Exercise/drill 1 for approximately 15-20 minutes
- Exercise/drill 2 for approximately 15-20 minutes
- Final scrimmage for approximately 30-40 minutes
